Mobile Services

BT agilemedia provides a range of mobility services to support content delivery, interactive services and marketing campaigns. Our dedicated message aggregation and termination platform incorporates a range of market-leading mobile services with flexible, easy to use functionality. These include integrated charging and campaign reporting tools.

BT agilemedia also supports self-service, web-based applications, including multi-media content management and distribution. End users can set up and launch their own campaigns within minutes. We bring you the reassurance you've come to accept from the UK's largest telecommunications company.

BT agilemedia Services

Our standard range of applications includes quizzes, voting, alerts, games, subscription services, charity donations and content management. These can either use a range of shared short codes or bespoke, unique codes and virtual numbers.

We support SMS, MMS, Location Based Services and IVR ordered mobile services through direct, high capacity links into all of the UK's major mobile network operators. We can also help you run high volume text-voting campaigns, typically in support of TV based formats and manage content distribution such as ring tones, logos, wallpaper, games and video.

BT agilemedia's simplified pricing and first-rate commercials give you clarity on actual and anticipated revenue. We offer competitive out-payments with 60 day terms, so you can easily forecast revenue and predict cash flow.

Statements are available 15 days after the month end with 100% payment on all successful delivery receipted premium rate messages.

Our platform tracks ported numbers to maximise billing delivery and employs a vigorous retry process for prepay phones when there is insufficient credit.

Comprehensive Mobile service

BT agilemedia also provides a range of on-line reporting tools allowing you to track message volumes and monitor campaign activity in real time. Being able to gauge the performance of campaigns in this way means you can make immediate changes to campaigns, according to consumer reaction and response rates.

Real-time Interface and Campaign Reporting

Information on the status of messages and any reasons for failure are available via system interfaces in real-time. This information enables your applications to take action depending on message status. For example, a PSMS message that fails for 'handset out of credit' reasons or 'phone related error' can be re-tried, whereas an 'Absent Subscriber Permanent' indicates that the number is not in use and can be permanently removed from any database. In addition, you may choose only to send an ordered ringtone when your application receives a message stating that a Premium Rate SMS has been received by the user i.e. when they have paid for it.

The service simplifies the complex and changing 'final' and 'intermediate' operator codes whilst providing enough information to enable different actions to be taken by your application.

Multimedia Message Services (MMS).

Inbound MMS: Our Inbound MMS lets customers create inbound campaigns, allowing users to send in their photos to a virtual MMS number. A gallery of photos can be created and edited, and even published to an external URL.

Delivering MMS: By Using the BT agilemedia Portal service, galleries of content can be easily created and elements of sound, text and animation selected to compose a single piece of content. When this reaches the handset it will animate, play the sound and show the text.

E-mail to MMS: We have access to an industry first, the creation of an Email to MMS content delivery service. A user may use their own email client and complete the "To" addresses by including the mobile number or numbers they would like to send an MMS message to.
