Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

Building on our existing strengths in high volume call termination services, BT agilemedia also provides its customers with IVR call handling solutions.

The IVR service combines BT's network reliability with industry leading, state of the art functionality. As a results the platform is ideal for a range of applications including handling competiton entry, micro-billing, donations, chat and interactive message exchange. As you would expect with thousands of lines for inbound and outbound capacity, this service is also designed for call campaigns that require large amounts of data storage and data export.

Reliability:
The IVR capabilities are managed centrally, with secure hosting and routing. They are fully supported and maintained 24x7.

Simple to Use:
Customers manage their IVR campaigns and access traffic reports via a web interface which links to the RIDE and SMS platforms. Vote aggregation and combined winner selection can also be handled remotely.

Campaigns can be set up easily and quickly using a range of 'template' services including:
